With almost thirty years of experience, Mr. Oster is one of Colorado’s most seasoned trial lawyers with a focus on commercial litigation, construction law and business torts. Over the course of his practice he has represented Fortune 500 companies and some of Colorado’s largest real estate developers. Mr. Oster frequently represents small business owners and individuals in both commercial matters and personal injury cases.

Mr. Oster first entered private practice in New York City. His practice, however, has never been limited to any single location. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. In private practice for many years, Mr. Oster joined with a former lawyer at Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf & Kelley LLC, John Martin, to start Oster & Martin in 2003.

Mr. Oster has three children, resides in the Boulder area and plays golf year-round. Attorney Menu
